Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Owner called to apologize

Since the stores under new ownership, they lost or destroyed, or did not have my 501(c)(3) papers, tax exempt. I redid everything and could not get it to work on the Internet when I wanted to shipment so I called the store.

I told her its very specifically what I wanted, she sent the wrong product. It was over $200 the wrong product when I called the store the next day because I paid for next day air. The person in Customer Service that I was speaking with was Melissa Westerfield she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She ended up hanging up on me.

I needed a case of Bordetella. The wrong product was sent and she said she says it was the wrong product. Shell refund the money I said, but I still need the product, it was a very rude conversation.

I will never after 40 years of being a faithful customer. I will never use Jeffers again.

Wow not the same company I have delt with for 40 years What is going on at Jeffers. Rude help. Sent the wrong order to me got upset when I complained order for vaccinations way over $200.00 so she Hung up on me. Never offered to correct the error. Jeffers has changed never had this happen before. Will look elsewhere for supplies

Slow shipping

I placed an order, they say same day shipping, NOT. Then unless you choose the higher shipping it takes forever to get your items. They didn't use to do that. I placed an order on the 4th, they use Mail Innovations, UPS received it on the 6th, I was to receive it on the 13th, well, it's the 15th and it's been stuck in the same place, as usual, since the 12th. Since that is now their shipping method, I won't be ordering from them again, and have talked to a few friends who are not either. I also emailed them, I just get, we're sorry.
